||•Identify and analyze correct market segments for the given set for all brands given. •Analyze competition in existing markets & effectively utilize the information to recommend business development strategies for future growth of the brands. •Do extensive studies to understand the markets, make positioning boards and highlight USPs of the new brands by working with, farmers, dealers, sales team and advertising agencies. •Make entry plans and develop market strategies in partnership with sales & management leadership team for meeting the objectives brands. Maximize profit, market share and volume. •Effectively utilize the information for follow up on all designed activities for each crop segment for that specific brand. •Collect information of competitors all activities in main target markets. Generate reports on their business activities. Price structures, marketing activities, sales and inventory records, brands positions, packaging, etc •Ensure successful achievement of Brand goals including sales volume targets + enhancing brand equity. •Work closely with all marketing team. Play a key role in developing and implementing innovative and low cost marketing activities. •Schedule meetings & travel to dealers and farmers. Exchange information with sales team regarding basic product related needs and general market environment.
