  • Achievement of Sales Target on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for prepaid & postpaid.
  • Achievement of scratch card/ezeeLOAD /payphone targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
  • Increment in the number of retail by 20%. (20% of baseline increment on monthly basis)
  • Market visits, Min 3 days a week (Franchise & Retail)
  • 100% visibility of POS material/Collateral to all the registered outlets
