• Responsible for sales through PTCL indirect channels establishing sales targets, implementing systems to ensure the timely attainment of these targets
• Execute any branding/marketing activities in coordination with manager indirect sales.
Liaison with Sales team
• Communicates with franchises to convey PTCL’s policies so that they have accurate understanding and perform accordingly.
Managing Marketing Teams / Sales Agents for Sales of different products
• Process cases for hiring new franchise for potential market development
Ensure installation of Customer Facilitation Camps in the region as and when required.
Establishment of Retailer’s / Dealers in Market for slaes of EVO
Manage sales of Broadband Student Package.
Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
Management of Stock (Provisional – Where Applicable)
Timely stock issuance for issuance to regional OSS, affinity partners and franchises.
Maintenance & dispatch of POS to all channels
Stock reconciliation & audit
Maintaining EVO / WLL data
Ensure the stock inclusion for EVO for all sales channels in pCRM
Prepare sales analyses of all sales channels from pCRM on daily basis
Complaints Resolution: (Provisional – Where Applicable)
Resolve different products’ (e.g. EVO & Vfone) complaints
Resolve the related billing adjustment cases in coordination with the product development team
Coordinate with finance department HQ for timely dispatch of sales return cheques
Coordinate with different institutes for student package registration in B& CC
Provide coaching to the sales teams regarding new products as & when necessary
