Job Description
Primary Job Functions: 
Technical support persons provide technical guidance and assistance, support and advice to their clients or customers. They are regarded as troubleshooters who understand problems and provide technical support for hardware, software and application Systems. One of the main duties of technical support person is Sidat Hyder’s Application software installations & promptly responding and replying telephone calls, analyzing problems using automated diagnostic programs and resolving recurrent difficulties, visiting customers are the main technical support duties and responsibilities.

Required Skills: 
•     Understanding of networking, analysis tools use and configuration.
•    Understanding of Database Management Systems
•    Strong technical and analytical skills.
•    Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
•    Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
•    Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.
•    Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
•    Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience: 
Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical support/help desk environment.

Education:
BSC, BS-IT, B.Com with technical knowledge.
