Supervisor Customer Care
To manage customer care center and team by providing front end customer care at designated wi-tribe care center, and achieve individual as well as team targets.
• To manage care center team• To manage designated customer care center as a whole
• To serve walk-in customers as per company standards in a friendly atmosphere
• To retain customers as per provided data on monthly basis and to achieve targets on individual as well as care center level
• To retain walk-in customers
• To sell and upsell services to walk-in customers
• To provide preliminary technical assistance
• To resolve / escalate complaints for resolution
• To upsell company’s image through “customer first policy” and “timely response”.
• To take overall ownership of customers, team and care center
• Strong people management skills• Sound knowledge of systems i.e. customer center, Helpdesk, LSLP etc.
• Through knowledge of excel and power point
• Intermediate level knowledge for resolving technical issues and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of company products, services and policies
• Self –disciplined with Positive Attitude
• Excellent stress handling & anger diffusion skills
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- 1-2 years of similar working experience in customer care preferably in telecom sector
- Should be a team player and willing to work for lengthy hours as and when required
