Communicate and coordinate on regular basis with Departments & Regions for Corporate Strategy implementation. Review their progress, submit report and Identify Gaps.
Be able to conduct pre and post Strategy implementation analysis. Assist in Strategy Research and monitor the execution methods, evaluate progress and results.
Assist in reviewing the existing process and controls of Departments & Regions. Assist in the identification, prioritization, planning development, coordination, support, and execution (immediate and long-term) improvement plans.
Evaluate and recommend new methods and techniques for operational improvement. Reporting and analysis for higher management highlighting issues faced during the reported period.
Eligibility Criteria :
MBA in Marketing or equivalent will be preferred.
2-3 years of professional experience in Strategy development/implementation.
Knowledge about strategy management and project management methodologies.
The ability and confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Possess good interpersonal skills, e.g. tact, sensitivity, ability to listen, to be assertive at times.
Ability to work with deadlines and targets and to prioritize tasks under pressure. Prioritize and organize own workload in an effective and accurate manner.
Team player, pro-active, ability to work under own initiative without direction.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Good organizational skills and able to pay attention to detail.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint & Excel. Mind map would be additional advantage.
