Coordination and facilitation & overall administration of the MIS and IT Support.
Manage the IT related Procurement and cost Quotations for Roots School System through the Demand sheet DS -001.
Monitor IT maintenance support and Trouble shooting.
To monitor the networking and Hardware requirements of branches, schools, campuses and RSS infrastructure nationwide.
Maintain an accurate inventory of computer hardware and software that belongs to the Head Office and to individual schools.
Develop and maintain a list of resource people, which may include school staff, with information about the computer background, interests, and involvement. Identify technology leaders at each school and technology oriented leaders in each academic discipline, who can assist the coordinator in decision-making processes and assist faculty in simple technical or curricular concerns related to technology.
Maintain an accurate inventory of computer hardware and software that belongs to the Head Office and to individual schools
Manage budgetary, forecasting, costing, expenses, income, reporting to the board of directors and departmental managers on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
