Job Purpose:
- Number Management
- Perform Prepaid billing operations like prepaid package creation and management
- Performing prepaid bulk provision and SIM authentication
- Processing and maintenance of Prepaid Vouchers/CDRs
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Prepaid Billing Operations
- Interact with Engineering and other departments for Prepaid CDR management and processing
- Take care of SIM Authentication, Number management and Bulk provisioning etc
- Creation of prepaid related reports required by the higher management
- Resolution of Prepaid problems including rating, provisioning and End-user queries
- Install and test new releases/patches
- Co-ordinate with Postpaid billing team for optimization of the Billing operations
Required Skills
Working knowledge of Unix-based systems like Solaris, HP UNIX
Working knowledge of Oracle database
Hands-on experience in Query development using any reporting tool like TOAD etc
