Job Description:

Execute accurate ordering to the factories.

Maintain adequate stock reserve levels at the warehouse.

Execute timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders

Benchmark practices in customer service / handling / queries etc.

Timely and accurate communication with Factories, H.O. and Area Offices

High level expertise in handling IT issues in the warehouse.

Management of suppliers / customers and warehouse staff

Implementation of EHS & quality standards (PI&T) in handling and storage of stocks.

Implementation and follow up of all Security Protocols

Required Skills:

The job requires sound educational background preferably Business Graduate with 2 to 3 years experience in sales and distribution/ WH Operations.
Should have sound knowledge of market dynamics with strong analytical competence to effectively manage inventories. Should have sound computer skills and ability to use information tools like Sales Order Process and Distributor Resource Planning in SAP.
Should have skills to negotiate competitive rates with the Cartage Contractors. Needs to be pro-active and innovative in managing customers complaints and queries. He should have the ability to build / develop business relations with customers / suppliers.
