|To increase cash management revenues of a portfolio of existing customers and bring-in new business by establishing close relationships with customers.
To provide strong cash management consultancy to the clients.
To meet sales targets which could be a combination of revenue as well as volume based targets.
To manage sales process from deal origination to negotiation to closure.
To implement sales and marketing plans along with strategies, related to new acquisition and organic growth.
To identify potential clients within the defined criteria of target market.
To work closely with Implementation and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery of solution to customers.
To manage the clientele relationship to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
To formulate the pricing and procedural structuring of the deals and approval of the same with Head Transaction Banking.
To engrave the features of Transaction banking products in consultation with the Product Manager for implementation of product booklet / brochure.
Provide market feedback to the Product team for development of new products / services / solutions.
To ensure monthly income is accurately realized for respective clients.
To perform all activities as per Bank Manual and guidelines issued by State Bank of Pakistan.
Liaison with IT & Operations Division (Cash Management Unit) for monthly report generation & import of data in the existing system.
Prepare monthly MIS for Audit trial purpose.
Preparation of reports and presentation to & for clients, management, BODs review or the SBP as and when required.
–Positive, confident & pleasant personality. Good interpersonal and communication skills (assertive), good drafting skills.
–Knowledge of transaction banking roles i.e. cash management, trade finance and back office operations.
–Exposure and understanding of different Core Banking
–Applications w.r.t Transaction Banking (cash management).
–Good sales and negotiation skills
–Proficiency in MS Office
